So here we are on day 3. Basically sometime during the day, I’m still having moments like this:
The recent wakeful nights haven’t helped either, although I must say I’ve noticed a positive change in making morning meditation, visualization and gratitude a daily practice. Anyway, then early afternoon happened and I felt the need for a quick energy fix. Gahhhh. Instead of eating those Snickers or Kit Kats (yes, they’re still in the fridge), I ate some ground beef with veggies, and an apple. Healthy food for the win!
