Here we are, at the start of week 2! I’m scaling back on the honey from 1 TBSP a day to about 1 tsp a day. I think it should be more of an indulgence for sure, instead of an expected ration of straight-up sweetness. Still enjoying my regular apple slices with natural peanut butter, and, of course, frozen cherries! Loading up more on healthy fats and nutrient-dense carbs.
