Forget Mickey D’s–try these super yum sweet potato fries on for size! Loaded with fiber, vitamin A and vitamin C, you’d be hard-pressed to find a better alternative for fries!
- 2 lbs Sweet Potatoes
- 1/3 cup Coconut Oil
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Peel potatoes and cut into strips about 1/2 inch wide.
- Place all ingredients in a sealable plastic bag and shake until potatoes are completely coated.
- Spread onto foil-lined baking sheet and cook for 30-45 minutes, turning every 10 minutes.
